At first, elegant aromas of red berries (redcurrant and blackcurrant) and firm fruits (wild strawberry, red plum and cherry) dominate the nose. Scents of spring bring violet and lilac, while autumnal notes (dried fruit, Spanish membrillo and dried fig) slowly appear, with ground coffee or cocoa.

Full and textured with a mellow finish (honey and almond), its structure is also fresh (licorice and aniseed). In the mouth, the intense fruitiness echoes the aromas.
